Shackleford Creek Mountain House

Shackleford Creek Mountain House is a special place where we join family and friends to explore the mountains, lakes, rivers and trails that are in the Cooper Landing area. We are situated a mile from the town center where multiple fish and river guides base their operations. Fishing, hiking and mountain biking trails are all within minutes of the house. The design of the house is open and well suited for couples and families with kids older than three.

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Fish freezer, chairs, fire pits, new kitchen, car and boat parking in a quiet, serene, private area minutes from downtown Seward, amazing hiking and world class fishing. The downstairs area includes three queen beds and a convenient half bath with a washer and dryer. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy living room. The six bar stools around the kitchen bar and the six-person dining table provide ample space for entertaining up to twelve guests.

Located just 4 miles outside of the town of Seward you will have access to nature as well as the local town amenities.
