Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.
