Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

Pet friendly cosy and warm rustic cottage on the water at Eagle Point. Eagle Point Lakeside Cottage is on Lake King of Gippsland Lakes. Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty. Joined to our family residence, this comfortable, modern suite is spacious and airy with sky windows in the sunroom providing natural light by day and a clear view of the southern stars on a cloudless night. There is excellent undercover parking right to the door of the suite with no steps so moving luggage is made easy. However, there is one step into the bedroom and another step into the bathroom incase this is something guests need to consider before booking.
