Look out for Fantails, Tui or Kereru birds over the large garden or forest walk. Children can enjoy a playground space, sandpit and toys. Lakefront at the end of driveway with stunning walks and mountain bike trails accessible by foot. A perfect holiday location only 8 min drive to QT central along the famous Glenorchy rd.

It's like a hotel room with limited kitchen facilities & no laundry.

Guest suite in Jacks Point

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
