The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
