My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

Gardenia Beach House on Pawleys Island, SC

Classic Pawleys and freshly renovated. The best of both worlds. Long, breezy porches. Steps to beach, marshes and creek. 5 bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms. Thoughtfully appointed and tastefully decorated.
