If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

My apartment is situated in a green and quiet popular residential area of Ljubljana 7 km from city center. Completely renewed in Dec. 2019 it offers a very relaxing holiday staying suitable for 3 - 5 adults or family with children. Its own entrance from the garden enables privacy, but with complete support of the host (Tanja lives in the house) when needed. This floor apartment of 52 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 with views of the garden, meadow and trees is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Pearl of Sava Wild Waters 4

Just 8 km out of Ljubljana city center where city meats nature we placed four beautiful high class houses on a riverbank of Sava. All are completely made out of wood - environmentaly friendly and offer very positive feeling for guests. They are fully equiped, so visitors just need to bring food/drinks and slippers to start enjoying nature. On the other side all vital infrastructure is on hand within reach from 50 to 200m (market, bank, post-office, pharmacy, bus station, etc.). So welcome!

Apartma Babica, 34 m², enchants with warmth and comfort. It has its own entrance from the terrace, offering privacy and direct access to nature with a stunning view. Large sliding glass doors lead to another terrace area. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on colder days—perfect for relaxing evenings with wine or a book. Let us welcome you into our home. We are a family of 4 + 2 dogs living in the apartment above. We can check you in any time and are available for anything you would need. The apartment is only 7 min drive from the Ljubljana Airport, about 25 min drive to Ljubljana center, about 25 min drive to lake Bled and 15 min drive to the nearest ski resort Krvavec. The apartment is partially in the ground and keeps a cool temperature in the summer. We are friendly and overall welcoming to all.

On the left side of the Ljubljanica river there is a magical alley, formerly called Ribiška street. There you can find our Home among roses, benches and trees, on top of the renovated house. An elevator takes us into the last floor where we enter an intimate bright apartment Kakadu vista ... with all the comfort you need. What makes it so special are peaceful mornings and subtle evening sounds of the streets ... and on the other side of our doorsteps everything is within reach.
