First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

Only 5 minutes drive from Llanelli beach & 6.4 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Burry Port. Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Trostre Retail Park is close by hosting many high street shops & restaurants.

Horeb Cottage at The Waun Wyllt

Located within the grounds of The Waun Wyllt Country Inn, Bar & Restaurant. Surrounded by the countryside and situated just 100yards from the Millennium Coastal Path. Pembrey Country Park, Ffos Las Race Course, Parc y Scarlet’s, Beaches, Paddle Board Hire, Shops & more all within a 20min drive. The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. Gelli Hir Farm holiday cottage is a converted detached stone barn situated on a 70 acre equestrian holding with outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage is a self contained unit which sleeps 4/5 people with wood burning stove, sunroom, ample off road parking and open spaces for children. There is no enclosed garden area and the spaces are open. The cottage is based in a quiet rural area but close to shopping centres, tourist attractions and castles.

The cottages are situated in the grounds of my house which has a large wall surrounding the property. entry to the courtyard is through a gated key pad entry. The cottages are situated I mile from town centre but pubs and eating places are nearer within walking distance.
