The back door opens to Loggerheads Country Park comprising of beautiful walks and stunning views. A cafe within the park is a great option for brunch and hot drinks. Across the road is a lovely pub for quick bites, slap up meals and a tipple. Or the handy Spar shop has most things you may ever need, 1 min walk

The Red Shed - cosy woodland cabin with woodburner

This cosy 'Red Shed' is tucked away in a tranquil 22 acre woodland in the Clwydian Hills, hosted by Rob & Claire. ​ Our quirky one-up, one-down self catering cabin is designed to accommodate 2 adults, but could sleep up to 4 if you don't mind being cosy... just ask! It is well equipped & most furnishings, including a beautiful greenwood bed are handmade. We welcome people attending craft courses in Wernog Wood, as well as walkers & other visitors to the area. All guests must be aged over 18yrs.

Situated just outside of the picturesque North Wales village of Llanarmon-yn-Ial, in an ANOB Glandwr Alyn is an ideal location for outdoor pursuits or a country getaway. For cyclists there are great road routes or if you are more of a mountain biker we are 15mins drive from Oneplanet Adventure. Offa’s Dyke path is a short walk from the cottage, alternatively the village's community pub & shop is a 15min walk. Birdwatchers love watching for Kingfishers on our deck which overlooks the river Alyn.

Llys Onnen - North Wales Holiday Cottage

Llys Onnen is located near the village of Graianrhyd in North Wales. The cottage is set within 3 acres of land & is home to our Chickens. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. There’s ample parking including an electric vehicle (EV) charging point.

The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. The barn makes an ideal touring base for our local area, is within easy reach of great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, plus the beaches/castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia/Chester.

The Wonder Wagon, a custom built bolthole on an old wagon chassis, has found a special place to park up for a final time here at Trelan Farm in beautiful Cilcain, North Wales. A cosy converted semi-detached beamed cottage set within a farmhouse courtyard. The house is surrounded by glorious views of North Wales in a peaceful setting with bulls and cows in our paddocks. Just 14 miles from Chester and within an hour’s drive from Snowdonia. It can comfortably sleep up to three people (plus infant) by using the sofa bed in the sitting room. Cottage is fully equipped with travel cot/high chair if required. A perfect base to explore North Wales & Chester.
