U blizini se nalazi dječje igralište slobodno za korištenje a i trgovina je u samoj blizini kuće. Muntić je udaljen 7 km od PULE i 3 km od zračne luke.Privatnost je osigurana.

Los huéspedes pueden relajarse junto a la piscina, escuchar música y disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Nuestro objetivo es mantener un ambiente agradable. Vivo en la propiedad con mis dos pequeñas perritas maltés. Durante su estancia solo utilizo el jardín para mantenimiento, por lo que rara vez me verán, pero estaré encantado de ayudarles con consejos locales.
