Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Chalet Balu

Das Heimelige Chalet ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch nur um zu zweit die Ruhe zu geniessen. Im Chalet befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Dachstock ein Massenschlag aus Matratzen. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
