Gerenoveerd boerenhuis met schuur anno 1901, stond vroeger bekend als de ''Kleine Pastory''. De naam van de B&B “in het Land van Kalk” verwijst naar de diverse kalkovens in de buurt. Een oude Kundersteen groeve uit vervlogen tijden, ligt 200 meter van onze B&B. Voerendaal is de poort van het Limburgse heuvelland. De wandelingen zijn prachtig. Voor fietsers zijn de routes een Walhalla. De Amstel Gold Race en Limburgs Mooiste zijn een van de bekendste wielerrondes die langs onze achtertuin komen.

Hier heerst een gemoedelijke sfeer en kunt u zich onderdompelen in de rust en ruimte die het Heuvelland te bieden heeft. Pak de fiets, trek de wandelschoenen aan en geniet van een prachtig weids en vrij uitzicht over de Zuid-Limburgse heuvels. Het pittoreske centrum van Valkenburg is op loopafstand. En wie van steden houdt is snel in Maastricht, Aken, Luik of Hasselt . Voor elk wat wils.

Huize Carmiggelt is een hoogwaardig afgewerkt vakantiehuisje van 40 m2. Het is ingericht in de stijl van de jaren vijftig, maar heeft alle gemakken van nu. De keuken en badkamer zijn modern en er is centrale verwarming en wifi. Huize Carmiggelt staat aan de rand van een rustig vakantieparkje, direct grenzend aan het bos (Nationaal Park Hoge Kempen). Maastricht is slechts 15 autominuten ver. In de omgeving zijn vele wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Een perfecte plek voor een Get-A-Way voor twee!

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Close to the city centre 3 km, just 10 min by bike and 30 min walk, and surrounded by a wonderful nature area. Free parking.
