Η VILLA SPILIO είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι χτισμένο σε ένα μικρό ακρωτήρι.Από κάθε σημείο του σπιτιού ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου. Το Σπίτι Νο 6 το ονομάζουμε και στρουμφόσπιτο λόγω του ύψους του και της διαμόρφωσης του. Εντυπωσιακά είναι τα βράχια που δεσπόζουν στο χώρο, ξεπροβάλλοντας μέσα από τους τοίχους. Το Σπίτι Νο 7 είναι ένα από τα πιο εντυπωσιακά σπίτια του Άσπρου Ποταμού. Ψηλοτάβανο, φωτεινό και ευάερο, με μικρή βεράντα αλλά ωραία θέα, προσφέρει ησυχία, ανεξαρτησία και απομόνωση. Σαν να έχει γεννηθεί μέσα από τους βράχους, το σπίτι αυτό, προκαλεί τον επισκέπτη με τη μοναδικότητά του.

With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
