Ubicada en el corazón del pueblo tradicional de Malia, esta auténtica casa cretense combina historia, comodidad y carácter — una verdadera escapada para quienes buscan algo más que una simple estancia. Construida completamente con piedra y madera locales, la vivienda ha conservado su esencia original, ofreciendo al mismo tiempo todas las comodidades modernas. Los gruesos muros de piedra mantienen la casa fresca durante los meses de verano, mientras que la cálida decoración interior refleja el espíritu atemporal de la vida cretense. Los muebles, los detalles hechos a mano y las texturas naturales crean un ambiente acogedor y hogareño. La casa cuenta con dos dormitorios con cama doble, uno de ellos en un altillo de madera sobre la sala de estar, una cocina totalmente equipada y un baño bellamente renovado, así como aseos independientes para cada dormitorio. También dispone de un balcón privado en la primera planta donde podrá disfrutar de su café bajo la buganvilla o de una copa de vino cretense al atardecer, además de un patio compartido con nuestra casa de huéspedes. Se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo del casco antiguo, a pocos pasos de tabernas tradicionales, panaderías y pequeñas tiendas — todas llenas de auténtica hospitalidad cretense. A diferencia de la zona turística moderna, esta área se mantiene fiel a sus raíces. El mar está a solo 15 minutos a pie, ofreciendo la combinación perfecta de autenticidad y relax junto al mar. The apartment is fitted on the upper floor of Steliana's House. A place full of charming details that make guests feel like home from the very first moment. A stunning estate that can accommodate up to 6 guests, offering a private heated jacuzzi on its private rooftop with an amazing view. The property has an open plan kitchen-dining-living area and a splendid view to the sea. In the living area, there is a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a large smart TV, and a fireplace. The whole apartment offers an excellent Wi-Fi network connection. The house consists of 3 bedrooms with a smart TV for each one, whose tranquility provides a peaceful environment to achieve the ultimate relaxation. All of them are equipped with ensuite bathrooms. Its spacious outdoor area serves as an extension of the pleasure that one can indulge, starting from a private cozy terrace that offers both mountain and sea views and pampers its guests. On the roof there is an extra terrace combined with the heated jacuzzi and an open-plan living room that promises moments of relaxation with unlimited views. A private spot, for the upper floor apartment, that lets its guests take full advantage of the Greek sun and get a bronze tanning.
