It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Kandus A - Free Parking, Beautiful Views

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to Tartini square, the city center, the grocery store, the beach and to the nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is not yet included in the price and has to be paid in addition in cash.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

App Sea, 70m from beach

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Brajdine Lounge is a modern holiday house located on a fairytale estate of 7.000 m2. It is located in Juršići, 20 km from the most popular destination in Istria, the city of Pula. Guests can enjoy enchanting views of the lavender field, olive grove, and vineyard. The property features a swimming pool, whirlpool, and covered terrace.

For shared use with up to 4 other people, on the 2nd floor: rooftop terrace with hot tub and infinity pool 30 m2 water depth 30/110 cm, sunbeds, terrace furniture. Pool open 15.05.-30.09. Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).

The guests can enjoy the peace and calm of the pool with a beautiful view on the Istrian countryside. The house is 6km away from the seaside and at walking distance from supermarkets, pharmacy and cafes.
