St. Frediano's Nest in Lucca

St. Frediano's Nest has this name because, once you're up the stairs to the 3rd floor of this ancient building, you'll be welcomed by a lovely home, with an intimate atmosphere and soft colors. In the summer evenings you can hear music and the voices of the people at the pizzeria. There is a small living with a dining table, a couch and a tv set. The kitchenette is well equipped but narrow. We have a large fridge and a good dishwasher. The main bedroom is a standard size for Italy, the 2nd bedroom is definitely small. Going up the stairs you reach our roof patio: this space will give you so much relaxation and an unforgettable view of old Lucca. On the terrace there is a nice couch, a large table, chairs and lights, so that you can make the best of your time here with your family or friends. There is NO washing machine.

The house also offers a spacious terrace where you can wind down and enjoy pleasant outdoor meals.

La casa si trova nella campagna lucchese, nella zona di Carignano, in mezzo al verde toscano, ma nello stesso tempo vicino alla centro città e a tutti i servizi. La casa si trova in alta collina a circa 600mt slm ed è inserita all'interno di un piccolo borgo. Dista dal parcheggio del paese di Metato 1,5km, quest'ultimo tratto è un percorso stretto e ripido accessibile con piccole auto 4WD, il proprietario può mettere a vostra disposizione una fiat panda, da utilizzare esclusivamente dal parcheggio alla casa.
