If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay in Wichita is it. The apartment is a duplex with our home on the other side. There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

Hidden in east Wichita - the Ridgewood Studio

This is a 1 bedroom/studio; 1 mile to Wichita State University and Wesley Hospital, great shared outdoor space. We live here and we use our house. Our normal routine is in full swing. We are social and welcome guest interaction, but will also leave you to yourself - it's up to you! Regarding pets - Unfortunately we can not allow any pets including service animals. We have 2 dogs (meet our doodles!) on property and city law prohibits more than 2 pets at each residence in the city limits.

Our private studio apartment is nestled in the trees at the back of our property and centrally located in a perfect location in the heart of College Hill in Wichita. It is within walking distance (just a few blocks) from the College Hill Park, swimming pool and amazing restaurants and bars. Also within walking distance, there is a free bus, called The Q, that will take you back and forth to downtown Wichita and Old Town (bar and restaurant district) and Intrust Bank Arena.

This home features unique Wichita touches and is spacious, with ~300sqft that lives BIG with an open floorplan. Nestled within a working RV park surrounded by mature trees — guests who love a nature-connected experience will feel right at home, just minutes from all things Wichita. We can accommodate 1 child, but have only the queen bed and regular sofa. Pack and play can be added by request. Dogs must be under 30Ibs and friendly. NO Smoking inside please.
