This piece of the pie sits on a 3.14 acre homestead just south of Atlanta. The cottage is a cozy little spot nestled between hardwoods and a miniature orchard behind our main house. Enjoy a backyard fire, have a picnic, party it up in the game room. Take a self-guided tour around the Fruit Loop and stretch your soul walking our Great Little Trail. This 1940’s home has been fully renovated, including a gas fireplace and 36 inch gas stove. Sit outside in the screened porch. Each bedroom has a 55 inch television and the living room has 65 inch television. Cable TV through Hulu live and Disney+. Only 10 minutes from Southern Belle Farm, 20 minutes to the Motor Speedway, 30 minutes to the Atlanta airport.
