The house and grounds are clean and well kept, and are just 3 1/2 miles from the city limits. We offer many amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped. 1 king bed, 1 queen, plus a queen hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Laundry facilities. Enjoy you stay at a 1950 farm house on a working cattle hobby farm. come and relax and watch the cattle grazing in the grass. the set of double beds are up a flight of stairs. We have plenty of parking, We are only a few minutes from the small town of Versailles. and only 13 minutes to the lake of the Ozarks lake access. and 15 minutes to off Road Loop 2 The water here at the farm does have a sulfur smell, so we do provide bottled drinking water for your stay. No TV but do have WIFI.
