Private bedroom includes a California king, walk-in closet, hickory hardwood floors, ceiling fan, and an individual thermostat for the second floor to keep you comfortable. Enjoy the high-end finishes of our spa-like carrara marble bathroom that features a rain shower head and bench. The living room boasts a Joybird sofa with a pull out queen sized, memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, soapstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a reclaimed wood island with seating. Ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool during hot summers. I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. Take a 2-block stroll to burgers, breweries, sushi, gelato, gourmet coffee and tea, and even a speakeasy. Children will love the on-site playground at The Friendly Spot. Alma del Rio built in 1866 is located within a beautifully renovated home in the tree-lined King William Historic District, just south of downtown San Antonio. The San Antonio River is across the street with paths to downtown and missions. There is no full kitchen. It has a coffee maker. Microwave. Toaster oven. Refrigerator. Dishes need to be washed in the bathroom. Or left on the counter dirty when you leave.
