The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.

Enjoy a taste of the simple life in our secluded barn apartment at Elizabeth Farms. There are an array of farm animals on property for your viewing pleasure. Hiking trails are nearby at Fort Yargo State Park and Harbins Park, as well as equestrian trails. Close to Athens and Chateau Elan. This cozy studio sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, smart tv and full bathroom. Private entrance and patio with fire pit that overlooks the pasture.
