Six Windsor Place is a newly renovated fisherman’s cottage in Mumbles with sea views & garden that sleeps 7 people in four bedrooms. Nestled down a lane only a 3-4 minute walk to the seafront with its numerous restaurants and bars. Just a 15-20 minute 'steep' walk to blue flag beach ‘Langland Bay’, great for swimming, surfing, & paddle boarding. Mumbles is the gateway to Gower Penisula, the UK's first designated area of outstanding natural beauty - beaches, castles, salt marshes & views galore!

The cottage is just off the seafront with one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The living room seats 5 and has a smart tv, a Bluetooth speaker and a wood burner. The pricing reflects that there is no direct parking. Swansea Council website contains detailed parking info.

The 3 bedrooms all have smart TVs as does the lounge & open plan kitchen. WiFi throughout. There is a well equipped kitchen & utility. 2 bathrooms & a luxurious lounge. The house is in an ideal location to explore the beautiful Gower beaches nearby . No pets accepted sorry

One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.

Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

We are superhosts and our place is available through airbnb and directly on our website (Langland Cove, see pictures). The beach is at the bottom of the road (150m away) and we are within the Gower Peninsula with the restaurants and pubs of Mumbles just a 10-min walk away.
