Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Ontspan in de privé-sauna of neem een frisse duik in het zwembad (seizoensgebonden dagelijks open in blokken van 2–3 uur in overleg). Vanaf 5 september 2025 is het zwembad gesloten. Die komplett sanierte Degenfabrik bietet Ihnen ein Ambiente, das die Zeit ein wenig langsamer laufen lässt. Parkplatz vorhanden, 10 bis 15 min zur City, diverse Restaurants und Geschäfte, Regionalbahnanbindung. Die Sportanlage liegt hinter dem Haus. Im selben Gebäude betreiben wir eine Kunstgalerie, die gerne in Augenschein genommen werden kann.

Het zwembadhuis is 500 m2 groot en beschikt over een terras van 250 m2, twee slaapkamers, badkamer, sauna, stoomsauna, zwembad, jacuzzi, regendouche, professionele zonnebank, wasmogelijkheden, keuken, koelkast, ruime woonkamer, gas en houtskoolgrill.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Signal Tower Linn

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Unsere Unikate liegt im wunderschönen Artland zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. In der Umgebung finden sich urige Kleinstädte für Fachwerkliebhaber und kleine Bauernschaften mit Hofläden und Gaststätten zum Einkehren nach einer ausgedehnten Fahrradtour oder längeren Spaziergängen. In komfortablen Betten schläft es sich hier bei Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit tief und erholsam. Gäste mit Kindern und/ oder vierbeinigen Familienmitgliedern sind herzlich willkommen.

Between Warendorf and Freckenhorst, surrounded by fields and meadows, you can find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in our ecologically restored barn. Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.
