Just 3km from city centre but close to more than 30 award winning wine cellar doors and a host of other thrilling activities and experiences, from Art Deco to marathons and wine auctions. Situated in a quite cul-de-sac, this modern north facing home has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with all the appliances you need. Outside has gas BBQ, fire pit and built in fire BBQ. Off street parking for 4 cars.

This stylish place is a perfect stay for a small group or family trips. Digital Nomads please feel free to enquire . Westshore Beach is directly across the road with awesome views. The locality is ideal for surfcasting, swimming , cycling or walking. We have a strictly no party policy and No Smoking inside the house. There is also the option to rent a 2 bedroom cottage located behind the main house (Pals Cottage) listed on Airbnb . A spa is available for separate hire.

A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
