A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Through an adjacent reserve is a pleasant 5 min walk to either Lilli Pilli Beach or Three66 Espresso Bar Café & Boat ramp. This separate facility has private access and parking. Spacious areas featuring a Main Bedroom with a Sofa Lounge in the main living area for those extra guests or children. Breakfast supplied for all guests.

October is whale time! This eco friendly studio space in Kioloa is the closest private accommodation to Pretty Beach, with Murramarang National Park as your next-door neighbour! This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

Malua Bay Beach Cottage

My place is a cosy original beach house. The cottage is a very homely small house with good character. Two verandas on which to relax & unwind depending on the time of day. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.

Historic Nelligen is perched on the Clyde River between the Currowan State Forest and the beautiful beaches of the NSW South Coast. Enjoy out door activities such as bush walking, boating or surfing or just head out for the day to explore the region. In this self-contained unit, with private entrance, you will find a haven of tranquility. The large, private balcony has stunning views out on to bushland. Find luxuries such as wifi, Netflix, a coffee machine and comfortable king size bed.

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situated in a unique neighbourhood. Large private blocks with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 or 8 people, however, it would be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. Lots of wildlife.

North Durras Beach Cottage

Private, secluded cottage in beautiful North Durras. Located within gorgeous Murramarang National Park with walking trails starting just outside the front door including the newly opened Murramarang South Coast Walk. North Durras Beach and Durras Lake are both just down the road. Perfect if you want to be active and get out and about or just take it easy and relax in peace and quiet. Also a great overnight option if you're hiking the Murramarang South Coast walk.
