Our townhouse is in Dutchman`s Bay, a suburb of Nelson Bay on Port Stephens.It is north facing with beautiful views of the bay.It gets a cool breeze in the summer and warm sun in the winter.Dutchies beach, which is secluded and safe for children, is an easy walk down steps in front of our unit.The area has great facilities including a heated swimming pool, lovely beaches and other aquatic facilities.There are 2 golf courses,several bowling clubs, plenty of restaurants and 2 shopping centres.

We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple and one car only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can watch the sunset, go for a walk or swim. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The property has been our family holiday home for many years. The kitchen is very well equipped for big family dinners. We are not big on electronic entertainment , only an amazing view to keep you occupied!
