Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage is just off the seafront with one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
