It has the feel of a duplex, although is actually a self contained house over three floors, just a stone’s throw from the Pump Street Bakery, the Kings Head, the new Artisan Ice Cream Parlour and the Village Shop. The beautifully decorated bedroom has sea views and a view of Orford Castle and Church. The living areas and bedroom are on the first and second floors so there is masses of natural light throughout.

It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! Our breakfast is with local products - bread, our garden fruit, pastries, juice, yoghurt and preserves plus coffee and tea. This is delivered to your door.
