The name "My Home" was chosen by the owners, Alessandro-Iris and Diego, to make each guest feel at "Casa Propria". "My Home" is a bright, unique and independent house of 60m2 completely fenced with private open space which includes a beautiful equipped garden and parking. Recently completely renovated, comfortable and welcoming, it is located in the heart of Borbiago di Mira, a quiet and safe town a stone's throw from the beautiful and renowned Brenta Riviera. It is easily reachable from the A4 Milan-Venice motorway thanks to the Mira/Oriago exit. "My Home" is an excellent starting point for visiting the wonderful Venetian Villas, the cities of Padua, Treviso and Verona without forgetting the beautiful and unforgettable Venice, which can be reached in less than 20 minutes by train, thanks to the nearby station Mira-Mirano, which is 3 km from the house with free parking or by bus thanks to the very convenient stop reachable on foot with a pedestrian path of about 1.5 km. In an hour's drive you can reach Lake Garda and its fantastic amusement parks (Gardaland and Movieland), the Zoo-Safari and the garden parks of Sigurtà or Baia delle Sirene. The beaches of Jesolo and Sottomarina are also very convenient to reach. The house is fully equipped and air conditioned and is composed as follows: Living room/kitchen (with sofa bed), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds and a bathroom equipped with shower. Bed, kitchen and bathroom linen are included in the price. A stone's throw from the apartment you can find numerous shops, including a bakery, a newsagent, a bar, a pastry shop, a very convenient take-away pizzeria and ice cream shop, and an important pharmacy/herbalist's shop. And finally, two renowned and highly recommended restaurants with fish-based menus: "L'Isola Rossa" and "La Perla Rosa". Our Church, a spiritual pilgrimage destination, is also worth a visit: the "Sanctuary of the Madonna of the Annunciation". Detached, fully furnished 85 sqm house compl. restored in 2016, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, entrance, and 200 sqm garden for exclusive use of guests and their pets. Porch with outdoor furniture. Private parking, air conditioning, heating, TV and Wi-Fi free of charge. The house is located in a private closed street, in a quiet residential area and convenient to all services, just 5 min. drive from "Marco Polo" airport and 15 min. by bus or 25 min. by tram to Venice historical center.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

The house is easy to reach from Marco Polo airport of Venice by bus (line 80, 'Malcontenta' bus stop) and it is easy to reach from the motorway too. The bus from Malcontenta takes about 30 minutes to Venice and the bus stop is just 150 meters from the flat (3 minutes to walk). The best way to reach Venice is by bus, but you can also drive until Fusina and from there catch the ferry (whose ticket is included in the price of the parking). House have a park for only one car (free).
