Close proximity to KU campus, Allen Fieldhouse, Memorial Stadium, restaurants, Clinton Lake & bike/walking trails. We are a couple of miles from I- 70/Lecompton interchange. 3 BR /1.5 bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, onsite parking. Private country views and livestock on property. Only 6 guests per night.

Enjoy ping pong or foosball in the attached garage. Take a nap in the comfy beds or relax on the soft sectional to watch TV. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

If you'd like to unplug & spend time on a Kansas Farm, this place is for you! The original 100 year old farmhouse has been modernized to feel cozy, yet still has its original charm. There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Ok, it’s not a Ranch. But it’s on a former horse ranch (farm). The original barn (1910) can be seen from the house. The loop road actually used to be a horse track. The house has been fully updated and includes an acre of yard to enjoy. Game room and diner includes basketball, foosball and skee ball. Minutes to Gardner and Olathe and 30 minutes from downtown KC.
