Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

Country seclusion

This accomodation is in a secluded country area but only 15mins from the centre of Palmerston North city and only 5 minutes from the Palmerston North air port. The dwelling consists of an open plan kitchen dining lounge area, a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed and a seperate bathroom consisting of a toilet shower and vanity unit. There is also a fold out couch in the lounge which turns into a double bed .We have chocolate lab dog Tui who roams freely around the property and is friendly

Our peaceful 1-bedroom guest suite has everything you need for your Dannevirke stay. We provide free continental breakfast. Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, hikes, and cafes. An ideal base to explore Dannevirke. The bedroom area is located in a loft with stairs for access. We also have a friendly boxer dog who will love to say hello.

Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Our cosy one bedroom cottage offers the tranquility of a rural retreat just 8 mins from Massey Uni and 15 mins from the city centre. Sleep in peace and wake to views of the Tararua foothills. The double-glazed cottage is cute, warm and spacious with a lounge, top quality Queen bed & bathroom with washing machine. Totally self-contained with hosts nearby if you need anything. This family friendly two storey house is situated in the heart of Woodville. This home away from home is full of character and comfort and includes modern necessities such as Wifi. There is great indoor-outdoor flow to the private patio which catches all day sun. Woodville has several cafes, antique shops, fish & chips, tavern, petrol station/EV charger and a Four Square. Close by is the Manawatu Gorge walking/cycling trails, the Tui Brewery and popular trout fishing rivers.

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

'Brookfields'-Farm stay Hideaway

Set in an idyllic setting, this lifestyle block is only 10 minutes from Feilding but feels like a world away! At Brookfields you can retreat to the farm and also enjoy the native bush walks and Makino stream. You can also feed the sheep, ducks and pigs and play with the dogs! The September lambs are very cute. Have a massage with therapeutic grade essential oils and tuning forks, a special treat. This whole property is smoke free!

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.

Bird Cottage

Lovely peaceful two bedroom cottage with kitchen that was formerly a schoolhouse. Nice rural views and lots of bird life. Cottage is located on the grounds of Brookfield House in a private setting. Only 10km from the wonderful Mt Bruce Pukaha bird sanctuary. Close to friendly local tavern.

Self contained accommodation in quiet area, away from the main house. A third single bed is available if required. Alpacas and Dogs free roaming on property. This property is smoke free which includes E devices.
