Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea(about 300 m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, since the villa offers various exterior sitting and dining spaces, including a BBQ area. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or group of friends!

Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Dream sunset suit with poll is located in a nice area which combines beautiful sea-views,it is part of a complex consisting of 7 other apartments,It is 2,3 kilometers from the port of Parikia .The old town, the shops and the night life are 1200 meters away. It is 33 square meters and has a double bred, a sofa , 1bathroom and veranda with a small pool. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.
