Διαθέτει δικό του μπαλκόνι με απεριόριστη θέα, κήπο, ιδιωτική πισίνα με 4 ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλα. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι ή τετραμελή οικογένεια. Ο χώρος είναι κλιματιζόμενος με αντλίες θερμότητας.

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. At the end of the day you will reconsider about values and priorities. So be our guest.

Sunset house in Hydra

Our parents build this wonderful house in the traditional architecture of Hydra. The house is located in the picturesque fisherman's harbour of Kamini, more quiet and peaceful compared to the lively and cosmopolitan port of Hydra. It is 15 min walk from the central port of Hydra (along a scenic road next to the sea) or 3 min by water taxi. The house is only 90 steps(usually are more than 200) from the Kamini sea side road but the spectacular view from the terrace make it worth the effort.

Villa Konstantina

Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Η Βίλα Κωνσταντίνα ειναι ένα αρχοντικό της σύγχρονης εποχής σε δυναμική ιταλική γραμμή αλλά και διακριτική αριστοκρατική φινέτσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 14-16 άτομα. If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Unique location by the sea close to everything: the iconic Poseidonion Hotel, the island centre, two open-air cinemas, the market, restaurants, cafes, bars, beaches,everything in walking distance and with the best views of the sea and beautiful sunsets. 4 bedrooms, that sleep 8-10 people, all with their own bathroom, various outdoors terraces, nice spacious bright kitchen.

Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent.
