L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Haus Lärchensteig (2 Wohnungen+Loftspace)

Das Haus wurde von uns mit ortstypischen Materialien liebevoll umgebaut und renoviert. Wir vermieten es an Gruppen und Familien oder nutzen es selbst als Ferienhaus. Es liegt idyllisch auf 1430m inmitten von Wiesen und landwirtschaftlichen Flächen und ist umgeben von der atemberaubenden Kulisse der 3000er des Alpenhauptkammes. Zum Dorf St. Jakob mit Gasthöfen und Kaufladen sind es nur 10 Gehminuten. Das Haus ist auch im Winter auf dem regelmäßig geräumten Fahrweg sehr gut zu erreichen.

Es muht, miaut & bellt, es schnattert, gackert am OBERHOF. „Willkommen im Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof im Pustertal! Schön, dass ihr da seid!“ Rund 800 m oberhalb dem Dorf Weitental befindet sich unser Oberhof. Bei uns findest Du vor allem eines: Ruhe, Erholung & Natur pur! Die würzige Bergluft, den Duft nach Holz & Wald, die freie Sicht auf die Pfunderer Bergwelt und das Tal, abseits von Stadtlärm und Stress, sowie eine schwanzwedelnde Begrüßung von Hofhund Max gibt’s inklusive dazu!

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Farnhaus. Loft oberhalb von Meran mit Aussicht

Ein gigantischer Ausblick, eine private Terrasse und zwei neue und stilvolle Apartments. Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
