Boat dock and lake are a short 10 minute walk down the hill (about a football field walk, wear walking shoes). Kitchen is fully furnished with spices and all. There are 2 outdoor fire pit areas. This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. Red Barn Hideaway

Come stay at the Red Barn Hideaway just 7 miles northeast of Emporia. This quaint little house and beautiful red barn have all the space you'll need. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms as well as a futon sofa in the living room and a queen sized air mattress. 3 Tv’s and wifi is available. The barn can accommodate 1 vehicle and other smaller items such as bikes, canoes, camping/hunting gear, etc. It's just a 10 minute drive into town and you're right near ESU and downtown Emporia.
