Tucked away down a small lane, leading to a network of pubic footpaths, the Annexe is seperate from a grade 2 listed property, with ample parking, and a gated courtyard and patio area. The accommodation consists of a large open plan Kitchen/dining/living area and one bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower. The living area also has a small sofa bed available on request.

The village pub offering good food a 3 min walk, nearby the marina and café. Plenty of footpaths to discover and explore with beautiful country lanes for whizzing around on bikes. It is a great setting to just relax or base for discovering the surrounding areas and the best Suffolk has to offer.
