I can sleep a 5th person on a mattress if required but they will need a sleeping bag (MAX 2 NIGHT STAY FOR 5 PEOPLE) The living area has a ceiling fan for Aircon purposes Fully equipped kitchen incl small oven,gas hobs & microwave. Bathroom has gas hot water shower and washing machine There is plenty of parking space, an outdoor area with picnic table in a lovely,rural setting.:)

Applegirth - Peaceful Retreat near Mapua

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.

Pipit cottage is situated on our beautiful sheep and cattle farm on the unique Takaka Hill. Guests are welcome to spend time on the farm interacting with the animals or exploring the many attractions of this area.
