Best see and be seen famous coffee shop. Excellent strong organic coffee and healthy delicious food. Check out the 3 story Restoration Hardware store across the street, then stroll down to the RealReal designer resale store a few doors down.

Rent bikes and ride on the boardwalk for miles down to Redondo Beach. Check out Venice Beach, Marina del Rey...lots of entertaining characters are out along the way. It's especially busy on the weekends but it's the most entertaining then too.

This is right in Beverly Hills but feels like you are a million miles away. Excellent place to recharge, walk/hike around the lake and down to the grass area. Make sure and do a full stop at the stop signs to avoid a ticket;)

Hike from the parking at the observatory to the top of the hill. The BEST views of all of LA are up there. Lots of people on the trail so it's totally safe.
