Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Relax in this charming rustic mountain hut and enjoy the simple life. You will heat the place with a wood-fired oven (you will need to chop the wood yourself). 500m from the lake at the end of a private road and 1km from the trainstation. Bring everything you need for your stay and leave no traces. Important: Be aware that it is your responsibility to clean the hut before checking out and prepare everything for the next guests. Additional fee, Parabel in cash: Tourist tax- 3€ per night/person.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
