The Garden Room is a private, cosy, off-grid apartment that's perfect for couples in search of a quiet break or looking to explore the area. It has basic kitchen facilities along with a king size bed, a wood burning stove and a piping hot shower. We have reliable wifi, no tv and an ok mobile signal. Lovely up here this time of year and plenty of wildlife to be seen; deer in the garden, swallows zooming about, the other morning I saw two hares leaping and sparring in the front yard - just great.

Enjoy fly fishing, birdwatching and general peace and quiet in our very rural farm setting. Watch the oystercatchers and kingfishers amongst many other birds and wildlife on the site and beyond. If you want to venture further afield, we are only 20 mins from Telford centre, Ironbridge and Shrewsbury.

The Privy - private cottage in rural setting

The Privy is a 1 double bedroom home for you to relax and unwind during your stay. It’s surrounded by fields and stunning panoramic views on the edge of a lovely hamlet in the heart of northern Shropshire. Well-equipped, open plan, modern kichen living room with wooden flooring and plenty of appliances to cater for your every need. To the outside, a private lawn area and patio with seating. Parking available. Plenty of local interests to explore with walks and cycling on your doorstep.

Glamping pod @Merlwood_Farm nr Shawbury (hot tub)

Relax in your own little pod, set in a 5 acre field with adjoining woodland for walks. 1km from the village of Shawbury with a fantastic farm shop, co-op, bakery and more, it will take 30mins to walk. Our only neighbours are horses. A private (no other guests) wood-fired hot tub (£60 extra) is a great way to star-gaze. The shared shower/WC pod and well-equipped kitchen are a short walk. We have 2 pods so booked together can accomodate 4 adults, with additional toddler beds on request.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of Shawbury village near the RAF base, just a short drive to both Shrewsbury and Telford. A newly renovated, comfy place to stay for business or pleasure. Sleeping up to 5, with two bedrooms with a choice of either a King bed or singles in the main bedroom, singles in the second bedroom and a sofa bed downstairs. A pub/restaurant, takeaway, bakery & convenience store are all just a short walk away and a garden and patio to enjoy the out-of-doors.

Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive. A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

Architect-designed timber cabin on the Shropshire Union Canal. Quiet, secluded, dogs welcome. Set in 0.2 acres of private garden on a working farm, with the canal towpath at the bottom of the plot. You can find the Monocoque Cabin online as well 😉 I designed and built it with friends, inspired by the laminated plywood construction of the WW2 De Havilland Mosquito. 🏆 Airbnb OMG! Petit Blythe is self-contained and adjoins a charming cottage within a beautiful setting close to the River Severn. The ground floor features a sofa bed (additional fee for using sofa bed £15 per night) , TV and lounge area with a small dining table plus kitchenette. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower room. Country walks are on the doorstep and it is an easy 20/25-minute​ stroll into town, passing Theatre Severn and many bars and restaurants.

The Shropshire Way, public footpath awaits, as you step outside into the garden, ready for you to explore the breathtaking, beautiful countryside. The annex is Situated just outside Shrewsbury in a scenic and quaint hamlet, called Astley.
