Both bedrooms have stunning views of the beach. Each bedroom offers a queen size bed, couches, and a desk. A day bed can be provided (at additional cost) to accommodate an addition resident in each bedroom. Full closets provide space necessary to organize wardrobes and give an at-home feeling while on holiday. The two bedrooms, as well as living room are equipped with a T.V. that are connected to local Greek channels as well as the vast variety of Hotbird and Astra satellite (open) connections. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. A dedicated WI-FI connection, provides reliable and fast access to the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave as well as fully stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. A washing machine for clothing is also located on the property.

The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation.
