Your family may participate in any and all of it. The newly renovated apartment is the upstairs of my farmhouse. It includes a private entrance, full kitchen and deck overlooking the lake.

The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Enjoy a getaway at The Cottage on beautiful Round Lake. Eat on the lakeshore or at the nearby Dear Run or Lake LeAnn Golf Courses. Take a kayak or canoe out to fish or for a peaceful spin around the lake, stopping at the Park to fill water bottles at the spring fed Artesian well. Bring a pontoon or speedboat to ski or tube on this all sports lake if you prefer to pick up the pace. End the day making S'mores at the Fire-Pit watching a beautiful sunset and the moon reflect off tranquil waters.

Heated Pool /Hot Tub Villa

Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

The Barn Quilt Bungalow- Views of horses right out your window! Includes 1 bedroom (queen), 1 pull out mattress (queen), 1 bathroom (shower only), living room, kitchen, heat & A/C. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Airbnb will be contacted immediately if you exceed the max occupancy. No children, animals, or service animals (allergy/ health hazard).

Tranquil lake living! The Water’s Edge is a great way to enjoy the lake. It is right on the water with kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and a canoe to venture out with. The hot tub accommodates 6 people. The sunroom has beautiful views as well as a couple of beds that can be used if the weather is nice. There is nothing better than falling asleep to lake sounds and a pleasant breeze! Please no college partyers.
