Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

Nestled within 10 acres of woodland and meadow on a small holding with no other accomodation, apart from the owners farmhouse. A tranquil, peaceful setting to unwind from the stress of modern life. Shepherd's Rest

Shepherds Rest is a newly refurbished and charmingly decorated 2001 registered Iveco stock lorry. Originally used to transport sheep from farm to farm, before retiring from duties hence where the name Shepherds Rest has originated from. It has been given a new lease of life offering a slightly different glamping experience, creating a warm, cosy and inviting place to stay. Situated overlooking the Black Mountains at the Southern tip of the Brecon Beacons National park on a working hill farm.

A beautiful handcrafted Shepherds Hut located in its own enclosed garden on our smallholding situated on the edge of the Preseli mountains and approx 7 miles from the beautiful beaches of Poppit sands and Newport. If you enjoy nature and exploring the countryside through walking or cycling then this area is perfect for you. And in the evenings you can relax and watch the sunset over Carningli Mountain, and enjoy the exceptional dark skies which on a clear night are perfect for star gazing.

The Skomer Hut with hot tub 2 miles from the beach

Our Skomer Hut is a cosy cabin that has been built for those who want to reconnect with nature. Set in a small garden with its own private woodfired hot tub, the cabin sits peacefully on a working farm just 2 miles from Newgale beach. The Skomer Hut has its own private composting toilet and shower in a separate block less than 10m away. There is a small kitchenette inside the hut with running water. You can walk to the local beach from the hut, it takes about 40 minutes via a bridleway.

Secluded Shepherd’s Hut, ensuite & hot tub + pets

Hickin’s Hut offers our guests a secluded and tranquil location, set within a 43 acre smallholding located only 3 miles from Cardigan. Sited within its own meadow, on the edge of a small wood adjacent to a lake where you will see much wildlife. The hut has a double bed and an en suite shower room/toilet with a power shower. It also enjoys glorious views of the surrounding Welsh countryside and Preseli Hills from the south facing decking with a private tub and firepit. Pets also welcome.

The Bunker- unique and quirky space

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. Set in the midst of our woodland, at Glan Y Mor camping, our newest addition is private and secluded and yet with beautiful light and a direct view to the stars. Cosy and warm inside with a log burning stove, double bed and seating/ kitchenette area. Outside you’ll find your own firepit with hot plate for sitting out and watching the stars. Big Cwtch Shepherd's hut was designed and built on site with comfort in mind. Our luxury hut boasts a king-sized bed, kitchen area, fridge and bathroom. Two armchairs look out through a full length window at picturesque views of the glorious undisturbed countryside, the nearby coastline. Soak in your exclusive electric hot tub and enjoy star gazing the unpolluted West Wales night skies. Take a short walk to relax and rejuvenate in the outdoor sauna and cold plunge pool.
