The house is ideally located for those who are looking for the calmness of a seaside area, but at the same time very close to the city center. It is just 200m away from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and 4km from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

With great zeal and respect to our guests, we created a pleasant accommodation space with all the necessary conveniences. The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Chalaros house is located in a peaceful environment with wonderful panoramic view to the western sea and the sunset from all places of the house. Located just 300 meters from the sea, very close to the famous Elafonisi (13km), Falassarna (30km) and Mpalos(40km) beaches.

Cucuvaya House - Panoramic sea view

Cucuvaya House is an old renovated house on two levels, located in the traditional village of Pano Platanias Chania. It took its name from a white owl that for years gazed, like the house, at the endless blue of the Cretan Sea. The house has open spaces and it is literally on the edge of the cliff, offering a breathtaking panoramic sea view.There's also a private parking. Ideal for quiet & romantic sunsets on the terrace.
