Langwell Bothy

Langwell Bothy has two rooms with vestibule entrance where modest coffee/tea bar is set up. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and small refrigerator, including a sink, NO COOKER. Main bedroom has view over to Hoy island. The second room has a double bed/couch. (If 2 guests & need 2 beds, please message this) There is a shower room/toilet/sink (wet room) accessible only from the second room. The second room has two views over looking the main house garden and views towards Stromness.

This spacious fully modernised Property is located at the edge of Stromness, there is parking for several cars, also a large grass garden . Downstairs consists of a modern kitchen equipped with: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, etc. A large lounge and adjacent dining room, bathroom with bath/shower, there is also a downstairs double bedroom. On the outskirts of the historic town of Stromness in the West Mainland of Orkney, this single-story barn conversion has one bedroom, an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space, and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. All on one level, the property is wheelchair accessible throughout. It has stunning views across Hoy Sound and out to the open Atlantic. Parking is available right outside, but if you visit without a car, regular buses from Stromness go to all areas of Orkney.
