Hot tub and beautiful stone electric fireplace, 65" Smart TV with Fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer and dryer, foldout queen sofa, bathroom, and lovely appointments on the porch. Our cozy 200 sq ft guesthouse can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a small bathroom and kitchenette. Be aware, the ceiling over these areas is low: approximately 6 ft. The kitchenette includes dinnerware & silverware, a minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker - we provide coffee and creamer. We do not recommend kids under 6 in the lofted beds.
