Our accommodation is spacious, with an abundance of natural light, accessed via the shared driveway, securely tucked away behind the house. Access to your own key via a key code to come and go at your convenience. It offers comfy beds, a lounge, a study area, air con, TV, kitchen with dining and laundry, sun lounge space and a personal bathroom. The sun room overlooks the lush, green garden. There is abundant street parking, and quick access to the city via fast bus at 7 min walking distance

Centrally located and easily accessible totally private living space with separate entrance. Fully furnished with a large screen TV with a Tbox receiver, a double bed, a sofa lounge set, coffee table, a small dining table and Clothes hanger available in the room. The room also has a small wardrobe and a medium sized book shelf which could be used to leave your personal items in a well organised manner. Kitchenette has a small pantry cupboard with shelves & a private Bathroom (hot/cold shower)

Holiday guest house

Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.
