Easy access to A12 and a 25-minute walk to the town centre/train station. Private entrance, courtyard and plenty of off-street parking. Fully equipped kitchen, excellent WiFi and Smart TV. Sleeps up to 3 (king bed + sofa bed). Cot also available. April–October: exclusive daily use of a heated outdoor pool set within a large garden (up to 90 mins).

Tucked away to the east of Mersea Island, where the waves crash and the birds do the talking. No traffic, no noise… just pure peace. We currently do not have WiFi — and that’s exactly the point. Switch off, slow down, and enjoy the kind of quiet you didn’t know you needed. THE WOODPECKERS IS SITUATED IN ALRESFORD ESSEX The Woodpeckers is a private annexe with its own entrance and patio featuring a charcoal BBQ. Inside, there's a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, kettle, and microwave, along with provided tea and coffee. The lounge includes a smart 40-inch TV and a convertible sofa bed. The bedroom has a king-size zip-link bed that can be split into two singles upon request. We are also happy to discount longer stays for workers.

The holiday home is sited on Coopers Beach holiday park (Parkdean Resorts). This is an 8 berth holiday home consisting one double bedroom two double single rooms and a pull out double in the lounge. Beds in the bedrooms are made up on arrival. (Towels not supplied) Entertainment passes can be obtained from the reception desk. Lovely place to make lasting memories. Close to the beach with the arcade, swimming pool, entertainment complex and children’s play area only a short walk away.
