The "Treehouse" is located on a quiet tree lined street and is easy walking distance to "Texas State" or downtown. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

A home away from home :) Come relax in the heart of San Marcos in this cozy one-story house. We are located 5 minutes from Downtown San Marcos and 15 minutes from the river and the Premium Outlets. The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress.
