First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing. Great for hours of relaxation and making memories,....for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

Heartland Ranch is a short distance south of Topeka, We offer a "Not just an overnight stay on I-70 crossing the plains" it's a unique quiet/private country stay. 3 bedrooms: queen bed, a single bed and bunkbeds, full kitchen, 2 baths The lodging is an original cowboy bunkhouse with down-home comfort in a casual country setting. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.
